when i wwant to use it to search the Frog rock it move by it self so ican't controll it anyway. How i can fix it

Use right and left clicks of the mouse over that grey bar thing to control the speed and direction.

When I was like 7 I used the manual to figure it out. But the main point of that sentence is that you should post that in the help forum.
