New 2D adventure game!
Hi dudes! I noticed a game, Juniper Crescent - The sapphire Claw. You might be interested in this one (same graphic style as Curse of Monkey Island). Check out this picture:

Wow, at the beginning of this week they didn't have the screenshot. When I read the "coming soon" in the screens section I thought to myself, yeah right, probably more like 'coming in two months'.
I have high hopes for this title, but like A Vampyre Story I'm worried that too much attention might be paid to artistical side. They look so great. Then again, Steve Ince worked on on a lot of games in a lot of positions and he comes from Revolution Software. |
hhmmm, i dont know, if were patient enough, and they spend the right amount of time on all sides, this could turn out really good.cheers, Isak
(BTW, @Isak: what picture?) |

geez... I'm posting in 3 years old threads... I feel like an archeologist. oh well. |
The company seems to still be working on it. They do have another game on their site that you can get, though.
|
Judging by their news blog, it looks like work has slowed down to a stand still for that particular game. Oh well.
|
baaaw what a shame... : (
there are a lot of adventure games that seems to have floated out in limbo. does anybody know if for example "the city of the metronome" is progressing? I read that they're just waiting for a releaser, but other than that, is the game developed or what? |
