I don't play The Original Trilogy much anymore, but if I should create a character it shall be MASTER HAN FETT. Who is MASTER HAN FETT, you ask?

Arms & Legs - Brown (for the Jedi Order!)

Weapon - Lightsaber (Purple)

Well I created my own Sith named Darth Trike before the LEGO Star Wars games came out, but just about a year ago, I got The Complete Saga for DS and created him.

He has brown hair (thestyle of Han or young Obi-Wan's)
Anakin's face (Episode III)
Darth Vader's suit.
