Are Hindus really in monkey brain, bug and snake eating? or was the movie racist towards them?

uhh...not racist, but in case you haven't noticed, Indy movies like to add the "gross out" factor into things...and it just seemed to fit. A foreign country with weird foods...not racist though...yeah...never thought I'd hear that from someone...
