this is even better than the loading messages. whats more is the awards have snazzy icons. where did they come from?

Currently in testing phase. We're going through a few sets of ideas, and a thread will be made when we have the system polished.

The reasons for the award are listed under the 'my awards' tab--no need to brag here. ;)
