Emotional Attyachar (Rock Version), from the Dev.D soundtrack

No, I know none of you have heard of it, or can read the lyrics below.

आंखों का है धोका,
ऐसा तेरा प्यार
तेरा इमोशनल अत्त्याचार

TSR 03-19-2009 05:47 AM

I can. But i'm not going to translate it and ruin it for everyone else...

Goodbye by MONORAL

Fantastic Alternative Rock, very deep stuff.

CommanderQ 03-31-2009 01:21 PM

I was listening to the soundtrack for Slumdog Millionaire, really excellent music:D

Now, I am listening to the soundtrack for The Last Samurai, I've listened to it many times, but it's quite enjoyable....oh, that and I was listening to Switchfoot earlier today......that was fun:D

Samurai has an interesting combination of Japanese instruments combined with regular orchestra instruments and Switchfoot awesome rock stuff yes......:D

oh yes, did I mention that Slumdog's interesting techno-like tracks sound awesome? Absolutley awesome:D

Sabretooth 04-02-2009 09:35 AM

Jai Ho! ;)

Listening to Ruun by Enslaved. They've taken a surprisingly philosophical turn since their last few albums and I really like them, they're frontrunners of the Progressive Metal scene, despite having originated as a raw Black Metal band.

I particularly love Neogenesis, which I find incredibly deep and introspective in scope.

LordReserei 04-26-2009 06:12 PM

Right now, Electric Romeo by Immediate Music off their Album "Songs For Choir and Orchestra"

Sabretooth 04-29-2009 09:25 AM

Wrath from Above by Immortal.

Pure blackened thrash metal, hell yeah. *insert headbang smiley, oh ye aimlessly wandering mod*

Wow, this brings back memories. I used to watch this video back in 2002, wasting my afternoons in front of MTV (usually in-between cartoon shows).

Edit: Apparently not, it was Hey Baby, but points for close enough. >_>

Blix 05-01-2009 05:58 PM

I did exactly that back in 95 or 96m whenever the "Just a girl" video was played 30 x a night on MTV (back when they played music videos).

Currently Listening to: "Hey Pretty (Collision Mix)" by Poe

LordOfTheFish 05-01-2009 09:28 PM

"I love Beans," by Space Goast and Brak. They're hilarious in a stupid way:D

LordOfTheFish 07-15-2009 08:37 PM

Let's get this thread back up and going!

At the moment I'm enjoying the new "Kings and Queens" music video by 30 Seconds To Mars. I'm also listening to the album "To Plant A Seed" by We Came As Romans (post-hardcore, metalcore). Check them out if your in to harder music. ;)

Dread Advocate 01-30-2010 10:51 PM

before its too late...

Salvation - War of Ages - Arise and Conquer

Sabretooth 08-14-2010 01:33 PM

Isle of Avalon by Iron Maiden off their new album, The Final Frontier.

IoA is, IMO, the second-best track on the album. The overall album isn't as impressive as A Matter of Life and Death, but I think I need many more listens to fully appreciate it.

LordOfTheFish 08-15-2010 12:44 AM

The new As I Lay Dying album, "The Powerless Rise"

All times are GMT -4. The time now is 10:50 AM.
