Crispy Gamer interviews Haden Blackman
 

The guys at Crispy Gamer have posted an interesting two part interview with Star Wars: The Force Unleashed project lead Haden Blackman. Also present was Adam Kahn from LucasArts PR. Haden shares his thoughts (read frustration) on TFU reviews, some insightful moments during TFU development, a bit on LucasArts involvement with the upcoming The Old Republic MMORPG, and some of his background and interests. What about a TFU sequel? Well, let's just say that wasn't ruled out.

You kind of forget sometimes how hard devs work on these games and they take bad reviews the way anyone else would.

Yeah, while I can badmouth STFU all day long, I do feel for the developers as I'm sure they put a lot of work into it and the many delays were supposed to improve it.

Awesome that they got some Monkey Island, Full Throttle, etc mentions in there. Best part:

Lucas: By the way, those games would be great on the DS and the iPhone, by the way. I'm just saying.

Blackman: [Looks at Kahn] I'm going to stop talking now. [Laughs]

Too bad it will never happen. Thanks for posting this! It was a great read.
