Model weighting

My model is finished and weighted, only it was poorly done. I was therefore wondering if anyone could help me out with re-weighting my model?

Alright a lot of parts of the model are already weighted, just need a few small details done. I have the .max and I can send it as well...

Just need someone who would be able to make some small changes.
