Did this book ever come out? I ordered it from Amazon like a month ago, and it's on some sort of delay.

I know I didn't order right in November/December when it came out, but did anyone receive this book that ordered it at that time?

Amazon just e-mailed me today that they have finally just canceled my order since it is taking too long for them to obtain the book.

Does this pretty much mean the book is never coming out then?

I should confirm Double Fine sent me an e-mail saying this book is in publishing hell. Maybe it will still be published at a later date though.
