KOTOR patches?
 
Are there and if so how many offical patches are their for Kotor 1? Are they any good and do they fix any glitches/bugs etc?

I want to say there were 3 patches, but there may have been more. Anyhow, the answer to your question is yes. They helped with a lot of the issues the PC version of KOTOR had. You can run the Update tool from the Autorun menu.
