What is your New Year’s Resolution for 2012?

Simply because why would I want to mess with perfection :xp:

Was tempted to test the "less vidya" choice, but thought, naaahhh. So, I'll stand w/ ChAiNz, so to speak.........but upwind of course. :dev8:

I voted quitting something. Skoal (smokeless Tobacco) is on the way out, after 29 of the last 30 years. Quit one year in college, but was stupid enough to think I could take one dip on a fishing trip. It really isn't a New Year's resolution because I quit yesterday.

Beyond that I have also started running again (few weeks now) because last time I quit Skoal I gained 20 lbs. Which wasn't that big a deal on a 20 year old body, on a 47 old body 20lbs would be different story.

As I've just gotten my new graphics card, it is, quite naturally, play more vidya. :D

Gaining unwanted weight. So gonna get in shape.

The entire family is playing TOR together--so of course 'play more vidya'. :D

I said "Get In Shape", seems like the most logical thing to work on right now while I have the energy and motivation.

I made several goals for 2012, including running a 10k, learn beginner level Japanese, get better at guitar, read 24 books, and some others. I made all of my goals measurable, because if you just say "eat healthier" or "read more" like I did last year, it won't happen (I read a measly 4 or 5 novels the entire year).

The usual, try to stay as clean as possible and take care of my studies for once. Basically stop being the lazy bum I am.

This year I resolved to quit making new years resolutions I would break.

To try to improve myself, if only in some small way.
