1.3 doesn't seem like such a big update as opposed to 1.2, hence the smaller interest, I think. Still, some nice stuff coming up, nothing fancy but essential stuff, like the group-finder.

It is a big update if you factor in the changes to gear and the inclusion of the augment kits which give you the ability to add augment slots to ALL of your gear. A lot of folks who do ops are looking forward to 1.3 for all of the advantages it's going to give us in terms of stats and gear.
