I've gotta admit I haven't even watched the video carefully, and from the looks of it it at least wasn't Frank... didn't notice it was supposed to be his son. But for me "Nekd Gun" doesn't work without Leslie Nielsen.

Looks more like Hector than anything LucasArts though.

Well Leslie Nielsen is dead, so makes sense that they'd make the lead his son, rather than hire someone to do a poor impression. I think they made the right decision.
