Is it possible to connect a laptop keyboard to another computer?
Is there any way I can connect a laptop computer to another computer so I can use the keyboard on the laptop to work on the other computer? I need two keyboards connecting to a computer and I am looking for a way to do this without buying anything. I need to use the keyboards in a game so an on screen keyboard won't work.

What an unusual question.
The laptop keyboards that I've seen are attached to the motherboard by what amounts to a piece of tape with tiny strands of copper foil on it instead of a cable. They probably follow some sort of hardware standard, but I don't know what it is or if it's even remotely compatible with USB or not. So, in short, no. |
Hmmmm.....since you don't want to spend money for this problem/cause/situation, do you have a friend that you can borrow a wireless keyboard from?
EDIT Why do you need to connect your laptop's keyboard so you can use it on another computer? |
