Mandalorian Battle Circle Fight is Broken Problem Need Help

After I defeat Davrel in the Battle Circle the quest doesn't update and I can't go the Sergeant and fight the next Mandalorian in the Battle Circle. I also receive TSF Officer uniform and gun when I defeat Davrel instead of Mandalorian Armor. Please help me fix this.

You're not supposed to get anything, not even a mandalorian armor.
