The Outlander Club Favourite Game of 2012: Reject Edition

Kid Icarus, just because it's the only one I've played. Still trying to find The Last Story.

I still need to finish The Last Story... also, technically, Xenoblade Chronicles is a 2012 release for the US :p

THAT. I didn't say it since it had been released in 2011 elsewhere, so I wasn;t sure if I should count it or not.

Xenoblade was in my original main thread list, but it had already been included in last year's main list, so I decided not to keep it. :( Everyone needs to just live on one continent already!

I thought that was already the case for you :p

They are not on either of the two polls but two games I'll mention are Binary Domain and Syndicate. Both cyberpunk (the best genre) shooters, third and first person, respectively. Binary domain is more of a typical Gears of War style shooter while Syndicate has some interesting combat mechanics with being able to slow down time and also hack opponents during combat to do stuff like make their weapon backfire. They are also both pretty short, so I'd definitely recommend checking one or both of them out.

The only game on this list that I played was Lollipop Chainsaw and while it was fun for what it is and I love Suda51 I can't say it was one of my favorite games of the year. Still glad I played it though.

Suda51 needs to do something serious business like killer7 for his new game.

Darksiders II for me, as it's the only game on this list I played. Also, as flawed as it is, it's still pretty entertaining.

and the only option I have played from those is PlanetSide 2; good game, at least for a little while

Poll's ended and the Club has spoken. The Outlanders' favourite reject game of 2012 was No Game Whatsoever. No, seriously. Apparently you guys didn't play enough games or something, but I'm not awarding 6 games all at once.
