Ray, Natty, Das, McCoy, Joshi, Roy....just don't call it a comeback....
I appreciate it's been sort of covered on the 'This really isn't that depressing' thread, but I figure as this place isn't exactly bustling, all threads are good threads.

It's great to see all of the above back at 'The Harbor' (as it was known), if only because I harassed you all into coming back. Let's keep this place alive....even if it is on some sort of nostalgic life support. :D
Not dead yet, no need for a coffin from Stan.

I just want to know where Ray has gone, he's been quiet for a few weeks now...let's look on the map....

....actually knowing him, it's bound to be 'Booty island'.

I LOVE Grumpy Cat! Grumpy Cat is all kinds of awsome!

RoyTordesLegend 03-15-2014 06:02 AM

I think McCoy IS Grumpy Cat, in which case he's coming on holiday with us in a little travel box :D

Zoom Rabbit 03-15-2014 10:18 PM

It is most inadviseable to attempt the transportation of a hostile feline life form without first rendering the creature's natural defenses inert with the skilled application of prehensile hardware...

RoyTordesLegend 03-17-2014 11:11 AM

pliers?

Ray Jones 03-18-2014 04:16 PM

First post of spring
Wowee! I would like to share a brass monkey with Sweet Brown.

Natty 03-21-2014 01:22 AM

She's amazing. I wanna share a cold pop with her. (whatever that is, I'm assuming it's either a drink or an icecream)

RoyTordesLegend 03-21-2014 05:59 AM

Well assuming it's the same as it is over here in the UK, a "cold pop" would be a cool fizzy drink.

Oh and don't trust Zoom, I think he wanted her to spank his brass monkey! :o

Zoom Rabbit 03-21-2014 07:29 PM

Brass monkey:

Buy 40 ouncer of Olde English 800 malt liquor
Drink down to top of label
Add orange juice back to top
Stagger about

I, sir, am well practiced in the standards. :P

Natty 03-22-2014 06:48 AM

Cold Pop Cold Pop

Natty you're rambling, and Zoom, I haven't the slightest idea what that means man lol. :)

Natty 03-27-2014 03:24 AM

I was singing along to Sweet Brown!

Zoom Rabbit 03-27-2014 02:41 PM

Thread hijack in progress
Am I talking about literally a monkey made of brass?

Perhaps I mean the hotel Brass Monkey in Northbridge, Wetern Australia... I mean getting ill wit' ma homies and a refreshing ghetto concoction while cranking Beastie Boys music on the street corner?

Or just have 20 minutes of Doom:

Natty 03-31-2014 08:26 AM

I think I went to that hotel when I went to Perth. It only took me 30 years, but I finally managed to make it to Perth.

RoyTordesLegend 03-31-2014 09:24 AM

Now that you mention it, that hotel rings a bell for me too....although it's 22 years *since* I last went to Perth lol.

....and if you were in Perth Natty, did you visit....well did know....erm....well....did you?

Zoom Rabbit 03-31-2014 09:56 PM

Now, Roy, you can't possibly have been there...or you either, Natty. I made up the whole thing on photoshop. It's really a picture of my garden shed, garishly colored to look british colonial.

*(Dances)* Brass mon-key...that funky mon-key...

RoyTordesLegend 04-01-2014 03:23 AM

Zoom, change your avatar back, it's confusing.

(edit I've just almost called you Das for starters)!

Zoom Rabbit 04-02-2014 08:05 PM

Says Bill Murray and a hedgehog...

That new avatar is the handle of my wakizashi (japanese short sword.) It's literally a picture of my soul!

Thou shalt dig it. :max: Besides, I still have the rabbit smilie so you know it's me.

RoyTordesLegend 04-04-2014 07:02 AM

It's just not the same man....I was letting the old days wash over me in a massive sea of nostalgia and you're.....doing new stuff! New stuff god damn it!

Ray Jones 04-04-2014 01:22 PM

Perth? Ain't this guy from Perth, what's his name, Carl? ^^

RoyTordesLegend 04-04-2014 02:01 PM

I haven't a clue Ray, I really haven't got a clue....(ish)

Artisa 04-05-2014 09:18 AM

Sorry, had to share this when I got reminded of Grumpy Cat XD

Zoom Rabbit 04-05-2014 10:32 PM

Isn't Perth where they're looking for that missing airplane? You know, the malaysian one that they think went down in the middle of the indian ocean?

Well, we know where it is--don't we boys?

Yar. :max:

I've facebooked Niko.

The "ch" in "Bach" is not a k-sound. It's the voiceless velar fricative [x], like in the Scottich "loch".
