Revised some forum descriptions:
 

The forums should now be more descriptive and up-to-date in appearance.

Also, I would encourage posters not to post the same exact thread topic in multiple forums on this site(once is really enough). If you wish your topic to be seen more readily, I would suggest merely posting a link to it in another forum, thus folks can all come and put their comments in the same thread.
