S-Foil help?
 

I would like as mutch information as I can gather for Designing ships in XWA with an S-fiol option. All I have right now is that Ben Heh Can Avivate them and that the X and B wings are the only 2 that are fully functional.....

What does fully functional mean?
If I wanna try how do I do it?

and Can I have 4 torpedo launchers in a single slot?
