Yes, I didn't intend for that to be possible in certain modules. I've since corrected this in the patch.
So if you warped back to the Ebon Hawk using the Mass Transit system from the Korriban Wastes, you need to go reenter the Mining Tunnels and they should be automatically added back into the party.

Did you reinstall the mod into a fresh override, or on top of the old BoS:SR files already in there? If it's the latter, delete all 2DA files from your override folder and reinstall the mod.
