^^^ Yes, but there is another possibility. You should go into your folder options on your swkotor folder, and make sure that you uncheck the box that is Make this Read-Only. Apply this to all sub-folders, and then just make sure in the sub-folders (like modules) options that you can write to the files in that folder (the box is un-checked).
Run as administrator after doing the folder options, and you should have success.
