^^^Eat steaks and burgers 2-3 times a week--but for god sakes don't "super-size me" on it. High protein breakfasts help also. If you're more of a veggie type, avocado (especially good if, like me, you don't like mayo) and natural peanut butter. My senior year I worked out religiously and using that diet I put on about 17 lbs.
