Alright, I checked and I am using an administrator account. I downloaded 2 more files, and i tried to extract files to the SWKOTOR2 folder. This is what it said:
! C:\Users\Ryan\Downloads\swkotor2 (1).zip: Cannot create swkotor2.exe
! Access is denied.
