Vrook wasn't at Katarr, but I know Vandar was, and this would take place before the end of K1 so it'd be before they died there
Deesra survived, as did many of the settlers (the enclave got hit more then their homes)
likely, Jon and Gar survived. Adum Larp survived (he's in K2)
