I tend to ignore the Catholic Church in general. I'm a Methodist, and I have so many problems with it that I just try not to waste any of my time or energy reading or hearing about it. I knew why people didn't like him...but I thought there was quite a large percentage of the UK population made up of Catholics...that's why I didn't understand it.
