I had a problem with Kotor1 and Windows 7 x64:
When I had patched the game to 1.03 it jumped to windows every time when I started the game and I had to shut it down from ctrl+alt+del.
However I solved this problem myself. I just deleted file "leclogo.bik" from movies folder and now it works fine. I hope that helps if someone has the same problem : )
