I have seen some people flying them before level 25 tho. That is why I was wondering about getting it. Everything else I have looked up on it say you need to be level 25 before you can learn to fly them.
My next few toons will probbaly be on the Harbinger when I am done with my smuggler so I can possibly get some help for the flashpoints.
