While the textures are labeled "MAL_" as InSidious said, it's only a specific few that are for the Council Chambers.
MAL_fl-Mal_fl04 - Floor textures
MAL_wl01-MAL_wl11 - Wall textures
MAL_wn01 - Window Texture
Some of the textures are shared with the Trayus Academy, those being ones I do not know the specific names of.
