Whereever you installed Steam to (possibly c:\Steam), you have a subfolder called steamapps inside it, inside that folder should be more stuff. I think the Star Wars Jedi Outcast folder should be in either common or a folder that is your username, mine would be acdcfanbill. I don't have it on steam to test, but the games i do have on steam are all in there.
