**** the weather, just get out and do it man, if you're hydrated enough it shouldn't hurt ya.
just finished day 5 running 2 miles a day...time hasn't come down much but i'm burning fat, after the 2 miles i walk 4 home. i'm losing the fat around my face and a little bit off of my stomach. i didn't want to go this morning but forced myself to, my feet don't hurt when i run anymore. i do need to start drinking more water though, i'm almost always dehydrated before a run, i drink a bottle of water about 10 minutes prior to running.
