if you like the YT-2000 well so do i its my favorit ship and i think that i can take you on any day any time well i wish it had hevy blaster cannons like the outrider but it doesint so i cant complain

Yeah but wouldn't that decrease the speed?
I think it can better be fast then heasvy weapons whileyou are too slow to catch an A-wing

have any of you ever heard of an X-WING? nothing even comes close! as far as i am concerned, all anyone ever needs is a good ol' T six-five. it has the speed, it has the weapons, it has the armor, and is has the manueverability to match anything thay can throw at you. if you cant deal with just about anything with the X-Wing, maybe it's your skills that are lacking...

A X-Wing!?
That ship is blasted out of the sky by an A-wing or tie-Defender!
even the YT-2000 can take a X-wing on.
a X-wing is just a compromise between a Ywing (slow and heavy) and a A-wing (Fast and less power)
But a X-wing is way too slow to even match an A-Wing anytime.
But teh YT-2000 may be a bit slower then the X-wing it sure has the fire power to even the odds, and X-wings don't have turrets, so they cannot shoor continuaosly at the YT-2000, while the YT-2000 can blast the X-Wing without taking a brake.

It has been proven in History, and in my online gaming experinace. it is not the ship that wins or is better then other ship. it is the pilot
now, we can argue taht a certain craft has better Advatages over other craft. But we cannot go out and say one is better.
A pilot in a Tug with a spinal mounted blaster cannon could take out a TIE-Defender if the TIE-D pilot was an totally drunk Ewok taht was "pushing all the buttons" including the ejection seat release. (if a shot makes contact, and the pilot ejects, under military law taht counts as a kill)

Technically we weren't talking about "my ship", and "your ship" 
we were just comparing ships....
Hmmmm Doesn't make much difference now does it? 
And for your Tug versus a Tie-defender, well Wouldn't that ewok be a bit to small to fit in that craft? Or was it a special Ewok-Version Tie-Defender?:P

Looks like T/Ds are mostly piloted by drunken Ewoks in the zone.
The average T/B,T/F,Pinook pilot will beat the average T/D pilot
most of the time. |

What's so wrong with a YT-2000? It's my most favorite ship. It could beat anything (with turrets, good pilot, shield recharge up). Just put all lasers to engine (optional: shield to max. recharge) you can pull 144 MGLTs. With good shield, speed, and weaponry, it's awesome for swarms of fighters  |
