I can't. I wish I could.
EDIT: I can do it now. Only with my left hand though.

Can do it on my right hand, but haven't practised on the left hand yet.
All it takes is alittle practise. 
You need to teach yourself how to use the propper muscles. Once you know which muscles to use, it's easy.

You can't have been a kid in the '90s and not be able to Vulcan salute. Even if you are just a 6 year old kid who doesn't give a crap about the trek, you still have to be able to do it.
