It's called GrimSaver and it rates somewhere between eyecandy and a complete waste of pixels.

I made a Limones version, based on the great Che Limones image by Karimi. Tried to make it Warhol-styled.

Glad you like it. I extracted the guitar sound from the official GF launcher (grim.exe), I also loved it so I decided to use it.
