Merging .2da files

I'm not sure if this is in the right place, but here goes.

I'm using the wonderful .2da merger to combine the files from the Recruit Mekel mod and the Lightsaber Pack mod but everytime I get a message saying
"Invalid Row Index, Unable to specify row label"

What does that mean and how can I fix it?
