Really wish they would say what level unlock what, but I guess we will find out soon enough. When I first heard about the family tree, I thought it was something stupid, but now I'm actually looking forward to it. Still the mailbox in the ship makes this a win for me.

Don't worry, from what I've seen while going through the public test server, the highest legacy level for stuff so far seems to be legacy lv25... which is pretty easy to attain with a little effort.

Most stuff is unlocked at lower levels though.
