when go to the page where it shows all the forums (not any of their sub forums), i see that i ahve 22 messages in all my folders
its one thing which i cant seem to get to seeing is that my PM folder and sent messages folder is empty

Go to the "sent items" folder. That's where all the messages are.

Well, I have been aware of vBulletin for over four years (including my time here at on LF)
I know how to change what time peroid to show ^_~
and if 'from beginning' don't work, which jsut goes back 1000 days, i'd might increase that amount in the address bar. which does show that the increased amount has gone through, but still no results...

Check it now, Scarface. It was still showing that you had several PMs in your inbox, and I assume that there were more in your Sent Items folder. I cleared your PMs, so hopefully the number will be down now.
