Fate of Atlantis Music

I want to extract the music off the FOA game music to put on cd, but dont know how.
Theres a big file on the cd called "monster.sou", how can i extract the music files from this?

monster.sou - so you have got the talkie version. This file just contains the speech and sound effects, not the music. The music is in MIDI format, i.e. there is no file which contains the music itself, only the control information which triggers the sounds on your soundcard's synthesizer. What could probably work is that you let the Windows sound recorder run in the background while playing, thus recording the audio while you play.
