hmmm, all i can say is that maybe you need to update your direct X, or maybe you need a new video card...or updates for the one you have...

I got a similar message with Star Wars Galaxies...

Check the list on www.lucasarts.com to see if your video card is supported. If not, you're screwed. I hate to say that, really, but LEC can be pains like that... I knew they would, so I bought it for XBox. If that's not the case, update DirectX or get a better processor I guess. LEC has done this more than once to me, and I really get pissed off about it.
