HELP! Escort Mission Failing 10 seconds into game :( (JA)

This is why I freaking hate escort missions.

I am barely a few seconds into the game and I have to jump across a little creek.

Rosh does some stupid force jump and kills himself EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I jump across just fine and he kills himself while saying "hey, maybe you can use your lightsaber to make another bridge.

I have the latest patch of the game installed as well.

ARGH!
