Totally agree. Vol.1 was MUCH better...or perhaps I just like the huge bloodshed.

Pai Mei deserved more screen time!!!

For me, it was definately the bloodshed. I would've liked to seen more about Elle Driver than Budd. But Tarantino's sh*t is just sooo good. Everything tied together perfectly. EVERYTHING.
The one thing that seemed odd to me was...

That she actually killed Bill and ended up with her daughter! The ends of his movies aren't generally that happy and the outcomes aren't easy to predict. I never actually thought she'd kill Bill. Go figure. Oh, and the score disappointed me too. Not to mention, why didn't she get a flashback when she saw Budd and Elle, but did when she saw O-Ren and Vernita?

Any of you notice this similarity?

David Carradine, the man who plays Bill, also played Caine in Kung Fu. They both played that huge flute.

Also, if you recall in Pulp Fiction, Jules said "I'm just gonna walk the earth...you know, like Caine in Kung Fu" in the ending scene.

Think Tarantino might have an obsession here?

Almost everything we see in Kill Bill both Vol.1 and 2 have been seen in another movie.
