Post How do I make reinforcements?

I finally got the problem solved with Allied1.0 and my system. My question is, how do I make reinforcements requestable?

You must set the arrival conditions for the reinforcement fight group to 'so and so' must 'send for reinforcements.'

That's what I tried to do at first, but it doesn't show that command in the arrival conditions. There are several numbered slots which I guess Troy Dangerfield hasn't figured out yet. The closest it comes to is:

"be reinforced"

or

"be reinforced by A.I.?"

Those are the only two lines that mention reinforcements. What do I do from here?
