Default Warheads

Is there a way that I can change the default warheads from being missiles, in order to make the secondary launcher for the missile boat advanced missiles instead?

There you can modify a lot of things, among others the default missile type.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I already have MxvTED, and tried changing the type of warhead launcher, but it didn't work. Is there another thing I should do to change the warheads? If so, what?
