Lance relaxed his grip on the M4, suddenly realizing he was still holding it tight after going through the gate, and followed the group, keeping a sharp eye.

Lance was on full alert, despite the fact the area looked rather deserted. He turned around, keeping his gun ready. A few of the team members looked at him oddly, and he said, "Can never be too careful."

Lance seemed to get the point, and clicked the safety on his rifle and pointed it down, and fell in step behind Jack.

Robert quickly followed the group and turned the safety off his rifle. He was prepared for anything.

Kinoto smiled and shook his head lightly, and then followed in step with the others.

Robert and the group approached the building. Suddenly two aliens jumped out and started to fire Goa'uld like weapons. Robert jumped behind a rock and let open his fire.

((Ehm... EDJ, better consult with the thread-started before anything like that. We are no super-humans like in the series, so we would all be dead by now. We were just lucky in the start conflict))

(There is only 2 though. What is wrong with that and they arent Goa'uld. They are alien species with Goa'uld weapons and arent very accurate with it either.)

Lance was caught off guard, but already moving. He rolled to the side behind some cover and clicked the safety off on his rifle. He tried to get a clear shot to disarm the enemy, but was unable to get a chance to shoot before having to go back into cover.

((That's because these dudes are made from two veterans and the rest have never even seen a Goa'uld. So to that, the first thing happening would be that the new onesd will drop down dead, because of the force of the Goa'uld weapons, then the two aliens will attack the two veterans, who will propably drop dead too. This ain't some Allied-Assault-meets-Stargate-RP, so you better speak with me BEFORE those kind of attacks. Besides, that attack would mean that if they are the same race than the villagers, they won't take it as a misunderstanding, neither will Stargate command take the elimination of the team as a misunderstanding))

(Fine lets just say they dont have Goa'uld weapons. The have rifles that fire stunning darts. How about that? And they are also trying to protect the building. So its out of self-defence. Maybe I should of said that in the other post.)
Robert watched the aliens pull out rifles. One fired but missed. Robert rolled over to the shots and saw darts. "Look out they have stunners" said Robert to the group. Robert dived behind the rock and fired at one of the aliens. He hit it in the head and killed it......

Lance rolled to the left to avoid the weapon fire, drew his pistol in a smooth motion as he came up and fired, hitting the second alien in the hand, disarming him. He looked over at Robert. "Hey, I'm just a Corporal and i don't know ****, but wouldn't we be on better terms with the species if we didn't kill them?"

Robert watched Kinato get the last alien and got him under control. Robert went up to the alien and said "We are here for peace. Who are you?" Robert waited for an answer........
