compiling JK/MOTS files

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but I need some help.
I need to goo my MOTS files, complete with new menu screens and I'm pretty sure I need to split it into more than one goo file, but I don't know what goes where.
Anybody know anything about this?
