RTX Red Rock?

What's with "RTX Red Rock"? I had no idea LucasArt had worked on a gamecube shooter. Why did they cancel (I know it's old; I never heard anything about it)?

That's strange, but the HUD we can see on the available screenies looks like to Jedi Academy's...

The game was originally slated for both GCN and PS2, but the Gamecube version was canned inexplicably. The PS2 version went on to be released, and bombed terribly at stores.
