All emo is not adorable. God, I'm done explaining.
"A few times in my life I've had moments of absolute clarity. When for a few brief seconds, the silence drowns out the noise and I can feel rather than think, and things seem so sharp and the world seems so fresh. I can never make these moments last. I cling to them, but like everything, they fade. I've lived my life on these moments. They pull me back to the present and I realize that everything is exactly the way it was meant to be."

Well yeah I suppose
England are an ignorant country when it comes to languages. The majority of France speaks English, whereas only a handful of English people speak French.

Makes sense, English being the second most spoken language in the world, foriegn people tend to speak it. A lot of the time, when a merchant of china meets a merchant of india, they will most probably talk in English (this could well be a lie, but it works as a false example). Why should we as a country wish to speak French where the only place we're going to use the language would be in France and parts of Canada (and yes, other places in the worlds as well) whereas if a French person learns English they would be able to speak to a lot of the known world.

English is the most common trade language, and, indeed, the international trade language, but Mandarian Chines is the most widely spoken language.

It's not that impressive ? Or ?I have not learned anything in these tiny English lessons we've got at school through the years. Crappyish teachers..
When I was about.. 5-6 years old, I was walking around and saying Monkey island quotes. Everything from "I'm selling these fine leather jackets" too "A rubber chicken with a pulley in the middle... What possibly use could that have" I had no idea what I was saying... So. I guess I have learned most of the English via forums, games and talking to English people.
Norwegian schools sucks.

You see, I was using the 1998 numbers which is why I said second (don't go look at the 1998 numbers, I know there's every chance I might be lying here)

German schools don't actually encourage you to learn stuff that interests you, either.
I'd like to thank Amazon for providing an easy method of buying English books. I had decided to do a paper on an English book in 1995/96. My teacher had to contact a friend of his and have him send it over. Took some time. Amazon has enabled me to read a lot of great books in their original language.

I'm a beautiful person.
Nice P!ATD by the way. I bought two of their songs and they were like amazing for about a week. Then I got sick of it. I can't stand emo bands.

Yes, people should listen to less Panic! at the Disco and more Queen.
~subliminal message about listning to Queen and playing more Psychonauts~
that is all ~click~
