Just whatever you do, don't get a divorce when your daughter is like, 5 years old and then sue the mom ten years later just because she's moving 45 minutes away.

Divorces suck. Mine got divorced when I was three. So at least you had an idea of what was happening. I just knew Mommy and Daddy didn't love each other anymore and Mommy had to move out...I actually cried...Of course that was when I actually liked her. Before I found out she's ****ing insane. |

SO JERKS. I'm temporarily starting the MUSH up again. We have a problem here though.
Power goes out every morning at 5:00. That's right, chances are my IP changes every f*cking day.
Anyway, hop on over to 67.36.186.89 and have a party.

Hello! I'm new to the forums, and just finished the game a couple of days ago (Now in the process of doing it ALL again to get Everything, hehe). But I do know about MUSHs. You seem to be hosting the thing locally. But as you've said, it has limitations and problems of all sorts.
I think I have a solution for you, it's free hosting offered to MUSHs in the process of developement, it's got limitations (Max. 10 connects and the such). But if you have some knowledge it would be the best option.

Dude. I'm working on it. We should be getting it back up this week. Hopefully.
So far, Planet HTTP hasn't given us any word about the status of the server migration. I believe it started yesterday or the other day, but once that's out of the way my dad and I'll get things running.
Thank you for the link, but we've already got a plan. But in the case it doesn't work out, we may fall back on that link. MAYBE.

yeah, see, there's this big house fan. it sucks and does not improve the temperature whatsoever. when it's hot and dad is being the air conditioning conservative, we are all "AWHJAIEWGJAUIOMDVMOIA" so he just TURNS ON THE FAN
naturally, just as i tell him it will blow a fuse, it blows a fuse. internet connection lost. linksys changes our ip. modem takes a $#!@ and dies. about an hour of trying to fix the internet. another hour wondering what the hell happened to my ip. another hour of powercycling computers, routers, and modem. ages later, internet fixed, have to re-forward ports.
it kills me a little inside
