...or did the font size for the forums just change? I've noticed it's been changed several times over the last little while (at least, I think it has). Why does it keep getting changed?

It hasn't. You could be accidentally changing it yourself; to try setting it back to normal go to View > Text Size > Normal (or Medium).

I sometimes accidentally change it by holding ctrl when I scroll my mouse up or down.

Yes, indeed. It seems to happen to me frequently. Since the text size changes everytime I click the "Ctrl" button and touch another one. And the text size changes. So, don't worry about it Milo.
