How to beat JoJo jr in monkey kombat?

I learned all the moves and the 'who beats what' stuff...I just need to know how im supposed to beat him. Because he'll start the kombat off by hitting me, then ill hit him, then he hits me, then I hit him..etc.. Neither of us miss or anything so I always end up losing since he always starts. I can't think of any way around this... Can anyone help????

Try again. JoJo Jr will eventually make a draw.
Also, but I am not 100% sure, I think there might be a combination that makes you win an extra banana, but I am unsure about this. Hope for a draw from JoJo Jr

It seemed that way to me, but on the last move to finish me, he has always gone for a draw move, this increases his life to 2 bannanas, but one move will then beat him.
It always does this in my game.

Yes, its the same for me too. JoJo Jr´s last combination gives a Draw.
