Hat under the rock

Simple question, how do I get the hat from under the rock in Act 2? Guybrush says he is not strong enough to lift it.

There's probably no-one on the island who can lift the rock. You have to get rid of it some other way. Is there someone else who might have something powerful enough to shift the rock?

Do you remember what will happen if three pirates are together?
